Two rare Chicago based postcards.

Lot 204. Two rare Chicago based postcards. First, a 1914 E & S “T.S.” Postcard of Joe Benz. Very rare postcard of the White Sox pitcher. Only ten others are known in the set. A detailed drawing surrounded by relevant cartoons pertaining to Benz’ career. Date “1914” is written on the unused back in pencil and there is a 1/4” tear at the top. The second post card, is John Kling, Cub catcher from the 1908 “$” in Shield set featuring White Sox and Cub players. Unused with a corner crease in the bottom right. Winning Bid $400.
